Many people are initially attracted to a yoga class or retreat for a low-impact workout, or to learn to relax. They come back again and again because yoga makes them feel so good! And the surprise can be the mental/emotional calm and peace that begins to arise with a regular physical practice.
Everyone will have a different experience, and there will be no experience (and therefore no real understanding) of yoga until you give it a go!
Kathleen teaches classes in Nambour, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, in south east Queensland. Kathleen is also happy to help you find a local teacher after the retreat to continue your practice.

CLASS TIMETABLES
Kathleen currently has six regular classes in Nambour, at two locations. All classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate students. The regulars are very friendly!
Please arrive a few minutes before class starts.
Classes run for 1hr and 20mins, and include relaxation time.
You can loan a yoga mat, however it can be much nicer to have your own! Have a look at the shop page...Kathleen will deliver your new mat to your next class or retreat.
Wear something comfy that you can stretch in....gym clothes are ideal.
