Hello Kean, 

Just wanted to say BIG thank you for the Be Yourself Retreat on the weekend. 
I have to admit to quite some nerves going in to the weekend ! Yet you created a really safe space for everyone.
You are real, you are genuine, you are human and you exude a warmth and acceptance and presence which is just so nurturing to be around. 
You challenged us to "Speak our Truth" and wouldn't tolerate the bullshit (!!) - yet you do it in such a warm and accepting space. 
For me the weekend was challenging and moving and emotional and empowering. 
Simply ...Thank you.
