I attended a Be Yourself weekend with Kean and Kathleen at the beginning of the year and the results have filtered through all aspects of my life.
Some people may have dramatic changes - 'bang' moments. Mine have been gradual and subtle but no less powerful and impact. Maybe more as they seem to be permanent.
The biggest affect has been that I am more aware of my thoughts and I choose not to ignore any negative thoughts that arise but take responsibility for them.
